Is it just me who notice this?? Or the teenagers, nowadays, are really impulsive when it comes to buying, shopping, dining etc.

Imagine, if they just buy the things they need and save the rest for long-term investment, it would be much better.

I wrote this article for teenagers to be aware with financial literacy which I think is very vital in life and MUST be practiced as early as possible.

So why must one know this?? There are several reasons but I'll be giving atleast 2 reasons why:

  1. One could have a prosperous life in the future.

  • We have this thing called "delayed gratification." I always say to myself this "maybe not now but soon." What I want to say is thaf we should look at the big picture. It's okay even if you don't have that many expensive things that others have. Duhhh they're boastful but remember this, even if other people have for now doesn't mean they will have soon and even if you don't have for now doesn't mean you won't have soon.

  1. You'll learn self-control

  • Maybe you are thinking that financial literacy is all about saving money. HAHAHA then you're wrong!! It teaches us things that can be applicable in life in general. One of those is self-control. If you can handle or manage your money wisely then it will be easy for you to manage all the things in your life.

Without making this longer. To all of the teenagers out there, I would like to encourage you to be literate enough in handling your assets. Don't be an impulsive buyer or something, you should learn how to be practical and wise all the time for it could chanhe your life in a positive way.

Ps. Sorry if there are some grammatical errors

-not a writer just tried my best

Just love 💓💓
