What is Christmas all about

Christmas is a day set aside by Christians to celebrate the birth of Christ Jesus. It is a day to commemorate the birth of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ.

Christmas is all about love and giving John 3:16 For God so love the world that he GAVE his only begotten son that who so ever believes in him should not perish but have Everlasting life. The bible also made it clear to us that God is love and Jesus also made it clear to us in the bible that He and the Father (God) are one. So linking it all up together, Christmas is all about Jesus Christ. If you don't know Jesus and you don't serve him right and you don't obey his teachings, who then are you celebrating? Now a days, people have made Christmas celebration as a way of causing trouble and doing all manner of evil and disgusting acts.

The world needs to understand the reason behind Christmas and that Christ came to earth that we might be saved.

As we enter this festive season, we should remember that it is not all about eating and drinking, it is all about Christ, show love to someone and don't forget to give.
