Practice is a very important thing in life. If we keep doing something repeatedly, it slowly becomes our habit. By working we get various kinds of education. Action again builds courage in us. If we practice justice in our life, then these qualities develop our character. It helps to make us a successful person.
And apart from these habits, if we develop bad habits, it will never bring us success. Rather, we have to face many dangers in our life because of these bad qualities. Another gene plays an important role behind the formation of our habits. That is our view. Our practice is heavily influenced by this view of ours. Habits accompany us in various activities. Our habits, therefore, control our reactions to things.
This habit of our life is divided into two parts. One is good habits and bad habits. Everyone has a rough idea about these two. We can easily judge good and bad deeds with the help of our judgment. Because of this which habits are good in our life. And which habits are bad. We have enough idea about that. So what habits will we choose for our life. We have to rely on our own knowledge in that regard.
Our habits are shaped by our habits. So practice is very important. Because of good habits some of our habits are formed alone. That is why we depend in large part on habit. If a person practices good habits in his life. Then his character is also good. And if someone is in the habit of doing negative things. So how can his character be? Everyone has an opinion on this.
But it is not possible to make a habit in a day. It is also impossible to break any habit in a day. Both require time. It also takes time to develop a habit. It also takes time to break a habit. In fact, in the first stage, our habits are so weak that it is not understood. But gradually when this habit becomes strong. Then the habit suddenly seems like a part of life. He cannot be easily removed from life even if he wants to.
However, practice is very personal. He makes his own habits as he wishes. But before making habits we must be careful. The habits we have formed in our lives. Are all of them good? We have to find out for ourselves what is good and what is bad. However, we all try to make our lives beautiful. Try to remove all bad habits from your life. It may take time to break the habit. But one day success will come.
