Demotivating:

Due to many demotivating reasons, we lack interest in many tasks. Demotivating has many reasons,which I tried to say.

Negative criticism : There are some people in the world who do not come forward to do any good work in life. The work of such people is to criticize the work of others. Their goal is not to work themselves, and not to let others do it. There will be no shortage of such people. If you look a little deeper around you, you will find hundreds of such people. Such people are like a kind of virus. Which is harmful to society. When you do something, there are many things that can go wrong. But when you see people laughing or criticizing your mistakes. Then your interest in work decreases. Fear enters the mind to act in the future. No matter what else to do in such a situation. You will not have the energy to work. Your mind will play tricks on you. Then you can see no other way but to give up.

Failure : A task often fails, it may be once, twice or more. But when failure keeps coming in your life again and again. Then your interest in work will gradually decrease. Before doing anything in the future, you need fear. Your mind will try to fool you. In such a situation your mind will tell. Don't try again, if you fail again. These thoughts will bind your life in a circle full of mistakes. Fear of failure will slowly consume you.

Lack of specific goals : Goals are an important thing in our life. Before doing any work we must decide our goal. Without goals, there is no success in life. Therefore, before doing any work, you must decide the goal. There is a saying in our village, sometimes success comes only by guesswork, without any aim. But don't sit around hoping it will happen to you too. Set goals and work.Only then think about success. Different people may have different goals. Who has to do according to the goal. For example: If someone wants to become a doctor, then he should not study as an engineer. One more thing, work is never too small. We are small in work, because of our inferior mentality. All types of work in the world have dignity. There are many people who can laugh at your favorite goals. They will say, it is a small task. Such talk can take you away from your goals. Due to these reasons we could not close our choice. There are many families, from childhood we decide what our goals will be. Don't care about your opinion. These things are constantly happening in our society.

And there are many things, for which I become demotivating. But try to come out of them. When life is yours, you should also have the power to make decisions. There is no point in thinking about who will say what, who said what. You will think about your life. Remember, when you succeed. Then you will get a chance to give a strong reply to these critics. Then your criticisms will be buried under the sound of everyone's victory. Just be patient and work.
