Activity is not the same as accomplishment :

From life to death we have to work. There is a big difference between working and working successfully. Let's start with an example from our surroundings: good scientists have shown that in a group of ants, whoever is in front follows. Later, the scientists placed the ants in a box in such a way that the ant that was in the front came to the back. Some food is placed in the middle of the box. Interestingly, the group of ants kept moving in circles inside the box. Finally, they died within a few days due to lack of food. But food was placed in front of them.

The reason for telling this story is what one understands, indeed what we learn from it: let us try to tell it. There is a great lesson in this whole story. I don't know who understood that. But I'm telling you anyway. One thing we can learn from this whole story is: One should never think that just by doing something one is moving towards the goal. Which many people do wrong in real life.Evaluation of the work is necessary to tell how far we have progressed towards the goal.

If we confuse between simply doing and working towards achievement, we will enjoy the fun of life.But I can't move towards the goal.And I will conclude my article with another example based on the above statement.

One day two friends went out for a drive together, after some distance one friend told the other friend. We seem to be going in the wrong direction. The friend replied that it doesn't matter because: We are enjoying the journey very much. In fact, this is how life should be. There is no joy in life in work. I think it is better not to run behind it. But we can't do that much, because our family and our society have already instilled some false ideas in our heads. In which we are all trapped. As people spend a lot of money to study, to earn money. Doubt whether one goes to get education. Still if it can be said, no one will ever be given a job in return for getting an education. I think so. Not even one percent of students will go to educational institutions. Actually we all work hard. For their own sake. For a good stay, to live in a good environment. For reading good clothes, eating good food etc. No one has time to find happiness in life. Or it's out of our heads all at once.
