Why corruption is related with the internet? I don't think government can get hands into the network. Maybe it is the private companies that are stealing.. or maybe there is a whole country satellite problem. It has many issues . For example our country the hackers has got all the personal informations of people living in. But nothing has happened with the network. Only government networks are shut down.
