Good food means those foods which contain all the essential elements required for our body .
We need carbohydrates,proteins,vitamins,minerals and water.We can not get energy from carbohydrates.From rice ,bread,sugar,potato etc.We can get carbohydrates.Fish ,milk ,meat etc are rich in protein.
Protein builds our body.we also eat oils,butter,ghee etc for energy.Fresh vegetables and fruits are rich in vitamins and vitamins protect us from different diseases.
Fat is also necessary for our body .But it is important that we have to take a balanced diet for proper and healthy growth .
Againg ,the amount of food to be taken depends on the age and the nature of work one does .Those who do heavy manual work need more food .Young people also need more food .Old people usually take less food .
