About Music..
Hey music friends, Music is a fascinating thing, a magical thing. Something visceral, vital. I spend my life listening music, composing music, playing music, experimenting with music. Today science don't know so much about music and its effects on the mind, on the brain, on the body?! We are still in the early stages of research. But, I know music have a powerful power. As a composer, I see it as a deep mysterious language. It's an universal one. For some reasons we can all connect with music. And feel all right.. even in a blues mood! It will take a life of exploration and experiments. Maybe several. We are like alchemists mixing ingredients to find the right formula. In search of the philosopher's stone. Even if it is deeply rooted in me, today I just realized that sharing music by creating blogs, was only a pretext to share moments of life. If you have been following me for a little while, you should already know, there is always a story, anecdotes that go with the music of the day. I have just become fully aware. Hello, I think that the music has evolved a lot. now it does not have much content in the lyrics. music is all synthetic and electronic. I hope this improves soon, as a music fan I bet to return to compassion with passion and heart.
Maybe you mean on Radio, or TV? You have still song-writers and songs with lyrics. Rock bands or whatever you want. Just go where you will find music you love :0) But.. Electronic music have more exposure today for sure. Mainly EDM or Techno.
My favorite in rock is the band Mana because their lyrics and poetry have good chemistry with my lifestyle, thanks for your comments and suggestions
I know them from the collab with Santana on Supernatural: Corazon Espinado. I'm a hudge fan of Carlos Santana. I will check more from them :0)
It is a Mexican band, with many hits and my favorites are when they recorded with Juan Luis Guerra. the lyrics say: blessed God for meeting us on the road and for removing this loneliness from my way
