Every mother want their children to be in milk or rice. The number of people who did not drink milk in childhood is rare. In our childhood, my mother used to feed us milk and rice without much caress; But over time, that habit of breastfeeding no longer lasts. Most people in our country think that there is no need to give milk and food after the age of four or five. After this age, they put more emphasis on fish and meat.

The day is celebrated with the aim of creating opportunities for growth in the dairy sector.

There is no substitute for drinking milk for wellness. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), an adult should drink 250 ml of milk per day, according to the Department of Livestock, the per capita milk availability in the country is 165 ml. So we have to depend on imported powdered milk to meet the rest of the demand.

21 percent of the total employment in the country and 6 percent of the total meat comes from the dairy sector. The dairy sector is contributing to the nutrition, food security and poverty alleviation of the people of the country, which is undeniable. Yogurt, buttermilk, lamb, butter, ghee, cheese, ice cream, chocolate and other delicacies are prepared from milk. Dairy products sour yogurt is a source of probiotics. Probiotics prevent various types of tumors. Also the sulfur, protein, saturated fat in cheese is very beneficial for cancer patients.

Milk and dairy foods contain calcium, potassium, manganese, iron, cobalt, copper, zinc, iodine, phosphorus, protein, amino acids, vitamin-A, vitamin-D, vitamin B-12, niacin and riboflavin. And enhances immunity. Light hot milk is good for increasing digestion and cold milk is good for reducing fat.

Calcium and Vitamin-D prevent bone and tooth decay and strengthen teeth. Tryptophan in milk as serotonin provides energy to the body. Potassium does not increase blood pressure. Vitamins, minerals increase fitness and reduce stress. Eating milk reduces weight, cholesterol is under control, blood circulation increases.Milk keeps our bones, muscles, teeth well, improves the skin. Cow's milk is considered to be the most beneficial after mother's milk. 100 ml of cow's milk has 6 calories. Cow's milk contains 7.5 percent water, 4.6 percent lactose, 4.5 percent fat, 3.5 percent protein, and 0.6 percent vitamins and minerals.

Milk is the most nutritious food in the human diet. That is why milk and dairy products should never be left out of the food list. Make it a habit to drink milk regularly and become healthy.
