But later on, it turns into cancer and there is no way out. Tumors can occur at any age, anyone.Some of the factors that increase the risk of these tumors include the involvement of a number of inherited conditions, known as neurofibromatosis. Exposure to various chemicals, such as vinyl chloride, Epstein-Barr virus, and ionized radioactivity, can also cause tumors.Even if someone in the family has been there before, there is a risk that someone will be in that family next time. However, in less than 10 percent of cases, it spreads from generation to generation. So if someone in the family has had a tumor before, then they need to move with awareness. Be careful in advance about how to reduce the tumor.

There is no way to prevent a brain tumor in advance, unless it is diagnosed. However, it is possible to reduce the risk by keeping the brain active. To increase the strength of the brain, you need to follow certain rules, such as not being suddenly agitated, taking enough time to assess the situation, judging everything by reasoning, exercising regularly, drinking plenty of water, trying to be happy all the time , Try to get a moderate amount of sleep, stay at work, and keep yourself stress free.
