Doing exercise is very important for keeping yourself fit and fine. If you spend some time in exercise it will not be wasted. There is a saying that " Health is wealth". Healthy means free from diseases. So if you want to be free from diseases that will lead you to a bad day in your life then start doing exercise regularly. We human being are so much unconcious about our health. We want to live a healthy life but we don't want to spend time in doing exercise. We just love to sleep or sit idly. For this reason we become fat, our health fall into risks. If you can maintain a good health by doing exercise then why you won't spend time in doing exercise. So do exercise regularly and lead a healthy and happy life. Because when your mind is free from all kinds of anxiety and tension then you will feel happy. Happiness lies in a sound body and mind. So to keep yourself fit and fine do exercise regularly.
