What is the function of money if it is not a means of exchange to solve everyday needs or as an exchange element towards a party that offers me benefits for a product, service or for meeting my expectations?

Bitcoin is open source; its design is public, no one owns or controls Bitcoin and everyone can participate.

From the beginning of humanity, human beings have tried to control the main sources of wealth, water and fertile lands. Today history has not changed much, but even so international and local markets remain full of unfair competition, monopolies, speculation and vices that alter an honest ecosystem of exchange that guarantees the benefit of all parties from the producer to the last slab on of the chain, i.e. the consumer. The Bitcoin blockchain is an invaluable piece that is not yet everyone's knowledge.

Genesis

While long stories don't excite me too much, it's always necessary to highlight the important things about some relevant facts. This time the blockchain story is closely linked to cryptography but visibility was given to it after the first Bitcoin transaction, a fact that has changed the course of humanity and still remains a secret to many and a tabu for others.

Bitcoin

Just over 10 years have passed since this momentous fact. Blockchain has become a common term in different areas, to such an extent that its use has diversified being implemented even by large financial groups and other cryptocurrency networks, such as Ethereum. However, in many communities and societies hearing this acronym of digital registration they think it refers only to cryptocurrencies.

This fact is very recurrent in societies where even the doctrines of banking systems are deeply rooted in society, and in addition to the lack of education on the use of digital systems.

Registers

The importance of a network that allows, using a decentralized and transnotable protocol as a starting point, is a key element for it to foster a record traceability ecosystem.

It is vital at the time of the birth of the registration, a unique identification of its permanence in the network is generated to ensure its integrity and in this way it is the same identity that can be visualized after all the jumps of the process.

Verification and Consensus

The verification of selective information of those involved is a key point, in addition to reducing the need to place sensitive data in the hands of intermediaries guaranteeing the degree of privacy necessary to participate in the network.

In addition to this, consensus on processes where the pre-step must be confirmed by the actors involved is essential to ensure the reliability of the information. There is a variety of consensus protocols in which the Blockchain project can be leveraged to make the network and the processes inherent to it a reliable system.

Although the answer on which system of the consensus system is the best or most effective, it will depend on the type of blockchain you want to apply. Certain factors such as project scale, privacy, performance, among others are determinants.

Automation

Blockchain technology seeks to streamline processes and reduce the number of intermediaries around the project to be applied, in a decentralized and secure way. Avoiding slow manual verification procedures and single points of failure that only generate unnecessary delays.

Deassembling the Myth, the Bitcoin Blockchain is not intended to "buy coffee"... Of course, if for that and for many other uses, departing from its genesis has set guidelines for transparent exchange processes, not only framed in the context of cryptocurrencies, it also applies to many other things.

Bitcoin Cash in just over two years has been established to be p2P cash, serving entrepreneurs, libertarians, crypto-anarchists and unbanked from the world. The main victims of censorship applied by internet corporations, governments and the global financial system.

Taking the stand to provide benefits such as privacy, low fees and reliable transactions. It is undoubtedly an alternative to overcoming censorship and a reliable, ever-growing means of exchange that requires an honest ecosystem for its organic adoption. Sofia 💚

If I may offer some separate small suggestions:

  1. Include a link to the Spanish article at top of your English one, and vice versa. This will help readers find the version of the article that is easiest to read for them, regardless of which one they come across first.

  2. add more topics keywords, like "Bitcoin Cash", "Bitcoin", "cryptocurrency", "blockchain". I'm sure in future this will make your articles more widely discovered by readers. You can use the Edit function to add more.

  3. There is a repetition error at the beginning of the following paragraph (in "Verification and Consensus" section):

Although the answer on which system of The answer on which consensus system is the best or most effective, it will depend on the type of blockchain you want to apply.

Article also available in

Personal opinion only: maybe it should say "Tambien en español" (or whatever the correct phrase it), because if a person speaks Spanish - they wouldn't understand "Also in English" written in a foreign (for them) language.

This is one of my favorite topics! Did you know there is a whole website dedicated to furthering adoption of Bitcoin Cash by coffee shops?

--> https://bchcoffee.org

I found your article well written, but it could use a few more examples from real world. You could for example link to some instances like https://www.instagram.com/anticafebarlovento/ in Venezuela and http://www.worldstarcafe.com/ in Tokyo? Hopefully soon more coffee shops will claim rewards on the above website, I know there are already some in US and EU who would qualify! No doubt the community will provide more examples.

Please in future drop me a comment when you've written a myth-busting articles in one of my threads or as a reply to a comment of mine on this site, so I get notified. I came across this article (and its Spanish version) on the home page, but sometimes I might miss things!

Please reply with a SLP address where you can receive the MYTHBUSTER tokens for your efforts!

Also, consider subscribing someone from your team to this Memo channel:

BTW there's "Subscribe" button on "mythbusing" topic, which people seem to mostly correctly use.
