Effective ways to lose weight
One challenging thing for me is to lose weight. Imagine being chubby since I was a child until now. I'm already 25 years old weighted 80 kls from the last time I check. I've been looking for an effective ways to lose weight. Ofcourse number one should be a regular exercise and proper diet which is really a big challenge.
I'm working as a clerk, from 8am to 5pm most of the time I'm just sitting in front of computer so even a simple walking is hard. I woke up 6am but still no spare time to do just a simple exercise. And after work, I'm already tired enough that all I want is to lay in bed and relax.
Another factor is food. Its hard to resist delicious food especially that everything go well with a rice. One food that has rich is carbs are rice, maybe having an alternative to rice must help.
My thoughts
There's a lot of ways to do for us to lose weight especially when we try to look on youtube or any social medias. Things we should have is determination to achieve our goal and perseverance. Yes its hard at first but we will never lose weight and be healthy if we will never try.
Proper exercise, running some errands or simple walk might help. Proper diet, maybe less rice and those foods that have lots of carbs. Avoid eating junkfoods or drinking sodas and coffee. Have a complete sleep or rest everyday.
