Today it rained all day, sometimes heavily, but that didn't stop the purslane from blooming in all its beauty on my balcony. Normally, it opens its flowers only when the sun shines, but this one decided to have enough sun while barely peeking through the clouds here and there. I adore that modest flower, completely undemanding and absolutely beautiful. #onlymyowncontent #myphoto

Those purslanes are gorgeous in a variety of colors. Purslane and portulaca are nearly identical plants or the same.
