How cold it has gotten here. Only 7 degrees C this morning. Just a little more and the polar bears will walk around the house. This dessert always reminds me of my childhood and makes the child in me happy. I spread butter on a slice of rye bread, put homemade jam on it - this one is made from figs with juice and grated orange peel without added sugar. Orange adds freshness and a bit of bitterness - an ideal combination. I sprinkled some sunflower seeds, and it's also delicious with almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts. It depends on what you have. Today it rained all day, sometimes heavily, but that didn't stop the purslane from blooming in all its beauty on my balcony. Normally, it opens its flowers only when the sun shines, but this one decided to have enough sun while barely peeking through the clouds here and there. Do you like fritters? I love them. This is from zucchini. But I also like potatoes, cauliflower, cheese. In fact, you can make them with a variety of vegetables. And even fruit if you're a sweet tooth. The basic ingredients are 2 eggs, a few tablespoons of flour, some breadcrumbs and salt. Grated or chopped vegetables or fruit, spices as desired. I like to add garlic, parsley and pepper. And zucchini or sesame seeds. Use your imagination or simply put what you have at home. I never juice vegetables or fruits so as not to squeeze out the vitamins. I simply add a little more flour or breadcrumbs if needed, And I put it in hot oil with a large spoon, flatten it a bit and bake it until it turns golden brown and then turn it over. Delicious, simple, cheap, quickly ready, without a lot of dirty dishes. Perfect for me.

It's warm outside, but there's a strong wind. It managed to tear the parasol from its stand on the balcony and I found it lying upside down on the flowers. Miraculously, he didn't do any damage. I'm starting to like it here. As I get to know how the app works, I like it more and more. In the beginning, I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to connect with the dear people from the old Noise, but we are slowly finding each other. Are you posting here on both the old and new app now? It takes too much time to track both places. The great thing is that we are getting a lot more FT. Do we get Ft and Bch for posts and comments on both sites? It is difficult to have an accurate insight now. If someone knows, it would be nice to write in a comment. By nature, I am curious and a bit impatient. I know there is still a lot of work to be done on the app and it would be nice if you get some official information.
