Some of them are fully centralized management which makes me think how they really believe 'decentralization'. Their team establish in one or two country but they claim to offer their project to world. Come on: business models, customer needs and habits, market dynamics are not same in the every country. How can be accurate to make assumptions without having real knowledge about project customers in country basis ? Possibly they unwillingly limited themself about their project's ability to reach greater potential markets. Because their vision is narrowed by what they see in their country.
