Thick Noodles - 1 packet (Hakka Noodles available in the market)
Mushrooms - as desired
Boiled chicken- as desired
-1 medium sized onion to
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup of cabbage powder
2 capsicum powder (red, green)
1 cup of chopped carrots
Oil - 3 tablespoons
Half a teaspoon of black pepper powder
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar-1 teaspoon
Fish Sauce - 1 teaspoon (whether you like it or not)
Oyster Sauce - 1 tsp
Bean sprout-half cup
Salt to taste
Boiled mushrooms or chicken - as desired

Method
Mix all the sauces together. Boil the noodles with a little salt. Now fry the onion and carrot in the pan with 2 tablespoons of oil. Then fry for a while more with the tied copies, mushrooms and chicken. Now add the boiled noodles. Stir in one more tablespoon of oil with salt, pepper powder, sauce. Now fry with capsicum, sprouts and vinegar for a while more. Became Hakka Noodles.
