Rock'n'roll and crypto news
As always, this post will be dedicated to music and crypto news.
Tonight I'm listening to an old, wonderful song by the group "Smokie" www.youtube.com/watch?v=WoTLnaI1NEY&list=RDWoTLnaI1NEY&start_radio=1&ab_channel=smokieVEVO A summer evening on des Champs-Élysées A secret rendezvous they planned for days A sea of faces in a crowded café A sound of laughter as the music plays I love this song and it reminds me of old times. The group "Smokey" - a legendary British band of the 70's, has a bright musical individuality, is still active on tour. Almost forty years of the band's history - a history of ups and downs, a story of talent and professionalism. But it all started with a simple school friendship. #Smokie"
"Music shows what cannot be expressed in words, and about which it is impossible to remain silent."I think music, in itself, is healing. It is an explosive expression of humanity. She is something we are all touched by. Regardless of the culture we come from, everyone loves music. *********************************************************************************************** www.youtube.com/watch?v=YkADj0TPrJA&ab_channel=PhilCollins Phil Collins wrote the song "In The Air Tonight" during the grief he felt after the divorce from his first wife Andrea Bertorelli in 1980. He couldn't even play music for a while. All the original songs on the album "Face Value", including the accompanying hit "I Missed Again", were "messages" to his first wife, in an attempt to lure her back to him. For the song "In The Air Tonight", Phil said: "I wrote the lyrics spontaneously. I'm not quite sure what the song is about, but there is a lot of anger, despair and frustration in it. " The solo performed by Collins on drums in the last third of the song has been described as "one of the most melodramatic drumming moves in history", which is why the song was included among the "101 Greatest Drumming Moments" in history. #InTheAirTonight #PhilCollins
This music takes me back to that young age of carefree living, partying with people who are gone and those of us who are old. Life is terrible. Thank God for everything and everyone in my life. The 60s / 70's / 80's / 90's will never be surpassed, The Best! 🤜⚔️🤛🤙🎸🎸I know my friend @EasyRider enjoys listening to this song. www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCCfc2vAuDU&ab_channel=CCRVEVO Heard it through the grapevine Not much longer would you be mine Oh I heard it through the grapevine Oh I'm just about to lose my mind Honey, honey yeah (Heard it through the grapevine) #CreedenceClearwaterRevivalIHeardIt ThroughTheGrapevine
I hope you enjoyed it. And now some crypto news.
The Central African Republic has adopted the BTC as a means of payment
If someone asks you if we want to go to Banga, don't look at it. In the middle is the capital, in African terms, an unusually small country that - look at the miracles - is located right in the middle of the "Black Continent".
It is officially the second from behind, the second least developed country on the planet. As the economy is mainly based on agriculture and forestry, almost the entire country depends on remittance. Therefore, the government of this country, in an attempt to facilitate the inflow of remittances from abroad, unanimously adopted a law promoted by President Faustan Arhanj Tuadera, which recognizes bitcoin (BTC) as a supplementary currency and official means of payment, along with the Central African Franc (XAF). Interestingly, the XAF is used in the region as a common currency (something like the Central and West African Euros) and in Chad, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Cameroon, the Republic of the Congo.
By the way, part of the package of laws abolishes the tax on all crypto-transactions, and all restrictions for individuals and legal entities when cryptocurrencies are involved. Although the law only lists bitcoin, it seems that the government has decided to allow the people to pay whenever they want - whatever they want.
