Chocolate roll
I learned to make this cake from my mother-in-law and it is a must for Christmas.
WHEAT: 8 egg whites with 10 tablespoons of sugar, add 8 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 2 ribs of grated chocolate and 2 tablespoons of flour. Bake in a large baking tray on baking paper and turn over on a wet napkin.
FILLING: Whisk 250 g of margarine with 250 g of sugar, add 3 eggs, one by one and stir and finally 150 g of melted chocolate. Fill the roll inside and out.
Čokoladni rolat
Ovaj sam rolat naučila od svekrve i uvek ga pravim za Božić.
UMUTITI: 8 belanaca sa 10 kasika šećera,dodati 8 žumanaca,2 kašike kakaoa,2 rebra rendane čokolade i 2 kasike brašna.Ispeci u velikom plehu na pek papiru i prevrnuti na mokru salvetu.
FIL:250 gr margarina umutiti sa 250 gr šećera,dodavati 3 jaja,jedno po jedno i mutiti i na kraju 150 gr otopljene čokolade.Filovati rolat unutra i spolja.
