Miracle is made up of the word miracle. A miracle is a work that a prophet or messenger presents to the people as evidence of his prophethood. It is not the product of a person's word or mind.Surah Malik has been revealed in Makkah. (Khazan, Tafseer of Surah Al-Mulk, 1/2)
