Ingredients,
For sauce:
Two medium sized tomatoes
Two cloves of garlic
A pinch of oregano powder
One tablespoon of olive oil
Salt to taste
Onion small size
Two basil leaves
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice
Cup of tomato paste
For decoration:
Capsicum 2 medium size
Cheese 200 grams
4-5 green olives (ripe)
Cup of corn kernels
Two teaspoons of red pepper peels
Two medium sized tomatoes
Mushrooms 10-12
Black olives (ripe) 4-5 pieces
Mazarila Paneer (Pressed) Dukp
Teaspoon of dry and gin
Method ,
For the sauce: 1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into four pieces. Peel the onion and chop finely after washing. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. 2. Put the tomatoes in the microwave bowl. Cook uncovered in the microwave (100% for three minutes. 3.) Then add all the sauce making ingredients and cook uncovered in the microwave (100%) for three minutes. When it cools down, make a soft paste by grinding. For decoration: 5. Wash the capsicum. Then cut the seeds from the top and cut them into slices of half a centimeter thickness. 6. Wash the tomatoes and make a circle of half a centimeter thickness. Cut the cheese into half-centimeter square pieces so that each corner is one inch. 7. Wash the mushrooms and slice them finely. Also slice the green and black olives. For pizza: 8 each pizza Spread the sauce on the base and spread the half-baked cheese on the pizza base. Add corn kernels to one-fourth of each pizza, mushroom slices to the other quarter, chopped capsicum and tomatoes to the third quarter. Put pieces of cheese, sprinkle red chilli peels and gin and leftover cheese on them. Put slices of olives on slices of cheese and slices of black olives on slices of mushrooms. Add slices of black olives to mushroom slices. Place the pizza on a microwave plate. Cook uncovered in the microwave (Low) (40%) for a dough or on the grill top for ten minutes.
