Many people don't like to eat ripe banana when they ripe so soft and ripe. Make coconut cakes very easily without dropping ripe bananas and adding a few ingredients to it. Serve with vanilla ice cream during meals.
Materials:
50 grams of butter
2 eggs
ripe bananas 2
Half cup flour
Half Cup Custard Sugar/Sugar Ultra
1/3 cup dry coconut
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla flavor/ essences
Half a cup of flour 1/3 cup dry coconut in a bowl
Half Cup Caster Sugar/Sugar ultra
1 teaspoon baking soda
Mix 1 teaspoon baking powder
Recipe:
— Add ripe banana egg vanilla flavour/ essences, 50 grams of butter and mix in a bowl. Mix the flour mix in it. I've got to mix very well. (I didn't do a mixer machine at hand. You can do it with a mixer if you want.)
— Brush any non-stick baking pan with oil.
- Now pour this mixture and bake for 30 minutes in oven 180 degrees. Pre-heat the oven beforehand.
