Nan bread (in gas oven)

Ingredients:

flour/flour- 2 cups (I took flour)

Egg-1(melted)

oil-2tsp

Sugar - 1 tsp

gourd milk-2tsp

East-2teaspoon

Salt - one and a half teaspoons

Water (Normal Water)

Method:

1. Pour the sugar in 1/3 cup of light yolk hot water and pour it into the East will swell gently, cover 10 minutes.

2) After 10 minutes, take the flour in another container and shake hands with oil, salt, milk and butter with the mixture of the East.Whisk an egg and knead well with flour, now mix as little water as you need to make a dough like a doe (more water can fall out at once) and make a smooth dough. Door pot should be pasted with a tight lid (better if air tight pot). It would be better if you put it in the middle of the two furnaces. The oven should be slightly heated. This is how it will be for an hour.

3. After 1 hour, the Dow will be swollen from 2 double to 3 double. It needs to be done again with your hands to reduce the swelling. Now we need to take the Dow 5-6 and bake the bread. Too thick or too thin bread will not be. Dill the dough if necessary.

4) Tawa or coarse-fried fraingpan should be covered with a lid for 2-3 minutes on a short fire or if the bottom is red, the bread will swell and if the other side is red, then the bread can be pressed lightly with a cloth of bread.
