I decided to take a break and peep to see how everyone is doing. It's great to see read cash back to its usual self with lots of posts dropping per second and an increase in engagement. This is what we have been clamouring for and it's good to have almost everyone back.
Truth is this, the recent mad increase in the price of 1 Doller is responsible for a lot coming back to read cash but the question is, will you stay if perhaps it goes below your expectations again?
The influx of people since two days just goes to show how much of a strong motivator money is. This is why even I who is supposed to be reading feels like I am missing out on the goodies. Gone are those days when anyone would say money can't motivate them. That's not true. Money motivates all of us but what matters is just how much does it motivate you?
Money is very important not just for our basic needs but with it comes honour, friends, resources and happiness and a good means of taking care of urgent problems. It doesn't matter how low the points you earn are because you know that it amounts to a good sum which is a good reward for your accomplishment on read cash.
Money is a great motivator but if you rely solely on money as your primary motivation for being active on uptrennd then you are on a perilous terrain. Look for other reasons why you are motivated, find an emotional connection. Build relationships and personal networks and lastly, take pride in your own work.
