Whenever I exercised I feel better. Well I smell bad too.

Who doesn't anyway. I just take a few minutes Break before I take a bath after exercise. Because they say it's not good to take a bath immediatly after exercise there's nothing to loose so I just followed. If it's true or not both are favored to my health.
