Daily meal 8 Sep Today mood is quite good, so I decided to walk further to my favourite food court. After one round of seeing the food offerings of all the stalls, finally I chose the one I least ordered. Their signature dish is salted egg chicken rice. So I stick to what they recommend to have a good lunch.

This is how it looks like for salted egg chicken rice. The chicken is fried until super crispy , it's as good as like eating a chip, so crunchy! Coupled with salted egg, this dish just perfectly served . I ordered tea also , just to tune down a bit the heatiness of the fried chicken.
