  1. Breast milk is always:

    - ready

    - the right temparature

    - clean

  2. Breast milk:

  • - is better nutrition for the baby than any other fresh, canned or powdered milk.

  • - has antibodies which protect the baby against some early sickness such as measles and polio.

  • - does not take money which the family needs for other things.

  • - breast fed babies are less likely to get diarrhea or chest infections.

breastmilk is the best for babies up to 2 years and beyond, and it cannot be substituted by any formula but due to some reasons some mothers did not breastfeed their babies.
