Red is the color of climaxes. It is best to wear anything red if you want to get noticed. It is the color of intense love, temptation, brutality, uncertainty, hatred, and venture.
Our ancient predecessors regarded red as the color of flame and blood – power and primal life energies – and most of red’s metaphor today originates from its influential unions in history.
Red is also a mystic and spiritual color. It signified super-human bravery to the Greeks and is the shade of the Christian crucifixion. Red was nearly as rarefied and as valuable as purple in early days – a fact that may describe its charm and power.
