Did you know that on December 4, 1952, President Roosevelt proposed that he would want the United States to manufacture 50,000 airplanes?

Apparently, this intention would be satisfied, according to the president of the Aeronautical Chamber of Commerce. That would indicate the production of 4,000 planes a month continuously untill July 1945.
