A relationship is going a little stale, and there is a few bumps on the road.

The female, being together with the male only on the weekends, probably sees her colleagues more often than her fiance. Someone older who has worked in her company for over ten years (her, less than a year) takes advantage of this vulnerability and gets her to cheat on her fiance. This goes on for a couple of month. What conspired exactly is a mystery.

From these facts, who is worse here? The female who decided to not face her problems and cheated, or the guy who took advantage? Or are they equally guilty?
