2 kg purple carrots
1 - 2 turnip radishes (also called çelem or not, but you will make the original Adana turnip with it)

wash the carrots, chop them lengthwise, throw them in the bin.
Chop the turnip radishes into cubes and throw them in the can.
Soak the bulgur in hot water for a few hours, wrap it in cheesecloth, and throw it in the bin.
Dissolve salt in water in a bowl and throw it in the jar.
Fill the can to the brim with water.
Close the jar tightly.
Put it in a part of the balcony that gets little sun, don't open your mouth at all.
Wait 15 days.
take out the yeast.
