I'm too afraid to get near the railing haha stupid me i haven't overcome this thing despite living on those high rise building before.. When your sugar level tick- tocking... I went for a general check -up..such as ECG, blood- sugar level,Cholesterol level.. My ECG is normal,but i have a borderline sugar which means my sugar level is higher than normal,and my Cholesterol is a bit higher.. So i need to take a month medications.. And definitely need to cut eating oily foods and drinking 3in1 coffee which i'm very fond of.. I'm having a sweet tooth so mostly i crave for foods or drinks with high laden sugars…

Coffee,Butter&Cheese... Having coffee to perk me up and make sleepiness go away.. I slapped some butter and cheese on my bread..actually i don't like jam or any spread like those flavored mayanoise with ham or bacon bits.. Frenchfries+meatballs I made some french fries..i used 2 large potatoes and deep fried them and meatballs from ground chicken,they look like small patties😁 We have some mushroom soup as well.. The kids are happy with our ala Mcdo lunch.. Let's eat then😋

Lunch @Ningnangan.. We've been out most of the day.. We have a big lunch today,such as baked scallop,grilled hito,bbq,hotdog,grilled salmon,grilled chicken and bulalo..all thanks to this lovely couples.. No pictures taken..shy lah. But just the sorroundings,when we left the place..

Back home... We travelled earlier back home after a month of vacay in Pampanga.. At last we're here in Pangasinan.. Home sweet Home.. Poor him he still tired after they sedate him and still waiting to wear off the medication.. My sis been nursing him like a baby,she is so stressed about her cat.. Hoping for fast recovery.. Robinsons.. I prefer doing groceries on Hypermarket like SM,Robinsons,Puregolds and others. More selections and preferences,yeah a bit pricey but you surely find what you want to buy.. Like those burritos and tortilla wraps..for fast and easy food preparations when you have a limited time.. Homemade is always the best,yeah once in a while you can buy from Turks.. Spaghetti for lunch.. Requested ni apo kaya pinagbigyan ko instead of grind meat i used corned beef and it taste great. For me the best thing about pasta is the cheese. Yeah the cheese You can make any sauces from sardines,brinjal,pesto or the traditional Filipino style ..you know pasta is versatile but it doesn't seem interesting without the cheese.. Maybe just my assumption..i guess we all have different palate.. Let's dig in..😋🍲🧀

White Flowers White is a symbol of Peace.. Let's generate peace in our daily lives.. It's better to be homebody and civil with your environment and neighborhood.. How to beat the Summer.. The best thing to fight the weather is to have a very cold Shower.. As you can see how penetrating this heat..the sun is very hot.. All sweat and discomfort unless you are 24/7 in an airconditioned ambience doing nothing but relaxing.. And for those under the sun please just have your water at your grasp and make sure you wear comfortable clothes.. If you feel unwell..go and rest for a while and avoid getting heatstroke.. Be safe and take extra care..

Quench your thirst.. Nothing beats icy cold coke..yeah for me.. But in moderation since i have a borderline sugar in my system.. With this weather having iced coke cools you down.. It feels good and make you happy.. I prefer to be here in nipa hut than inside the aircon.

Pork&Beans I have this for ages and we saw it at the grocers so we decided to have a go.. I forgot how it taste so it means like a decade ago haha maybe not.. I will make some salad to complement with it. Light lunch for me now..but i tell you what my b/p was 90/68 and my sis told me our digital wasn't accurate I'm not sure since i don't feel giddiness or what..so i'm not worried yet..
