Tummy upset.. I guessed i caught a bu.g.. Having abdominal pain..so i rested the whole day and no energy to write anything here.. The pain is bearable now.. Hopefully i will be fine since i took some oral tablets plus this chamomile rub...

Chamomile is I guess relaxing to our noise... Maybe of what you ate? Sabi nila maganda ang sambong sa ganyan, pero you have to check if hindi ka allergy sa dahon at tsaa nya.
