Danielle never got approached by Misty's brother. The Phantom outfit he wore was never found, neither were anything new regarding to the case. Danielle was heartbroken. Had it not been for her future, Misty, and Lane, Danielle would have probably packed her things and gone back home to finish school. Everyone knew about Misty's disappearance. Many didn't even know her. Posters of her photo were hung up everywhere. Danielle prayed every night she would soon be found, safe and sound.

Danielle was driving home from the gas station in the rain the first day of the next week when a deer ran out in front of her. Not the best driver in the world, Danielle went careening across the road and swerved into a ditch on the other side of the road. When she crashed, her car went dead and would not crank back up. Danielle was so panic stricken she could hardly breathe. Heart beating fast, she reached for her phone in the passenger seat and looked at the screen. Dead. "Oh my God." She said.

Danielle got out of the car and looked around. Trees. She knew the area. She was five miles from campus. Maybe if I walk, someone will come by and give me a ride back to the dorms, Danielle thought. Then she reasoned she could have her car towed to the nearest mechanics shop.

Danielle starts walking.

When it started to rain, Danielle knew it was a bad idea to start walking down the road. By then she had walked a mile in a half with only one car to pass by, having ignored her when she tried to wave them down.

She was miserable and she was wet. When Danielle made it around the corner, she made out in the distance a house that was back into the woods a little bit. There was a rather cute driveway that went back toward the property for about two acres. The house was brick and the bushes were manicured very well around it.

Danielle began to make her way to the property, feeling hopeful.

When Danielle made it to the house, her heart literally sank. There before her was a "for sale" sign. Danielle literally began to sob.

"This is so unfair." She coughed.

Danielle made like she was going to turn around when she saw a shadow dart across the grass and head in her direct path. From a distance it didn't look normal. When Danielle got a better look, she saw a white mask and a black ghost like outfit worn over a big ghastly looking person.

She couldn't believe her eyes. He was carrying a butcher knife and was screaming like a mad man tortured in hell. He was headed straight for her.

Danielle wiped her eyes. Scared out of her mind and not knowing what to do, Danielle turned around and began to run in the opposite direction. That was Misty's brother.

"Oh my God, why am I so weak?"

Danielle screamed with agony over the pain in her joints and legs. Danielle was worn out over her two mile walk. Misty's brother was gaining on her. Danielle made it to the end of the driveway when she tripped and fell on her face. The tip of her boot caught a rock jutting out of the side of the driveway. She couldn't pull herself back up. She cried and waited for her assailant to take her. Indeed he did. He grabbed her by her hair and dragged her back to the house. She struggled rather weakly against her attacker. All to no avail. He easily over powered Danielle. Into the house she went.

I woke up in a pitch black room. I felt like a seventy year old woman. Looking around, I was scared out of my mind. I was lying on a king size bed with a very thick quilt on top. It had flowers and decorations. The room smelled kinda nice. Misty's brother had not killed me, I had noticed.

I attempt to get up and immediately I feel a sharp pain in my arms and legs. I noticed dry blood around my mouth and nose where I remember falling running from Misty's brother.
