Normally, I don’t comment this type of news respecting the kid and their family.
However, I think we need to understand that’s happening in society.
Yesterday, a young man (20 years old) suicide after seeing a $730,000 negative balance at Robinhood.
Currently, it has become to easy to talk about investments, that people need to have a start-up, that people needs to be entrepreneurial ending up becoming a movement/pressure from society that people are forced to borrow or invest.
It seems that nowadays people are barely born, they already have to be entrepreneurs or investors.
Nowadays, the following phrases are often heard and spread throughout different places:
How easy it is to invest
Investing is very easy
You buy a share and become a partner in the company.
But this is a pseudo-reality that they are passing on to inexperienced people who are not really dealing with reality and ending up lying people on the subject.
Many of the people who say these phrases are called stage entrepreneurs and stage investors who say this and 90% or more has never invested a cent in anything in their lives.
Moral of the story, investing is a very serious thing and it is not easy nor does it have any guaranteed earnings or we would all be Warren Buffett.
There are people who commit suicide, who end marriages and can change the future of people all because of investments.
In short, be careful when making investments and never invest capital that you may need in the short to medium term this applies to all the investments types.
Yea it's not actually easy, when u think about the risk and all sometimes u get discouraged
