The palace of Knossos, in Crete, Greece, is famous for the legend that King Minos locked the Minotaur, a bull-headed creature, in the labyrinth. Today the ruins are quite well preserved, the first two images are related to the structure of the bull, the third is the throne room while the last depicts the fresco of the dolphins. I visited this site in August 2008

Memories from the past: August 1998, the holidays of a large group of friends who massively moved from our country to the sea, in Cesenatico, on the Italian east coast. We had a lot of fun camping, on the beach and in the long nights on the premises or watching the stars on the seashore!

In Belo Sur Tsibihina, in the western part of Madagascar, there is a landing stage where cars are loaded to cross the river. While waiting for the load, the activities of the premises are manifold: vendors of food, drinks, spare parts, and other things. El Sapo Falls, Canaima, Venezuela! From the tepuis, of the flat-topped mountains, a large amount of water descends into the valley after heavy rains, which generate many waterfalls, some of which are very photogenic. The noise and the force are impressive, watching them is a remarkable experience! I visited this area in August 2002, flying a small Cessna plane from Ciudad Bolivar! Happy Friday everyone!

Fussen, Germany. It is a small town in Bavaria, located near the border with Austria. The center is very lively and colorful, and is, of course, full of classic German breweries. Many tourists stop here and then go to see the fantastic and famous Neuschwanstein Castle. I visited both places in August 2010, good weekend everyone

When I left for my group trip to China in 2019 I had a clear idea of the whole itinerary. The only stop I did not know was the city of Lijian. Without a doubt, and to my surprise, I consider it the most beautiful city I have ever been in. Small, relaxed, flowery and colorful. The center is gorgeous and there are so many things to see. A real gem !!

Outdoor 2016 in Rome. An exhibition of modern art, murals, lights and sounds takes place in an abandoned former barracks. It was really fun. After that, of course, I went to eat my favorite dish, pasta alla carbonara! Happy Sunday everyone

Tonight I'm taking you to one of the most extravagant places I've ever been: Ciudad del est, Paraguay. Once you cross the Rio Parana ', the river that forms the border between Brazil and Paraguay, you begin to see the skyline of the city. Then you arrive in the city center, which is a total chaos, a huge and bustling border market, where you can find everything, a kind of market without laws! I had a lot of fun. Lucca, Tuscany, Italy. It is a small city that is not too busy with tourism, but it is very beautiful and particular. From the top of the Guinici tower, where there is a tree, you can see all the roofs of the city and it is a beautiful scenery. Memories from my gallery, January 2013. I accompanied my nephew to Kranj, Slovenia to do some international swimming competitions. In the first image he is ready for the final, in lane 3. then we enjoyed the medal, which I admitted to my neck 🥉the third place in his specialty, the frog! After we went to celebrate with a large typical barbecue, I ate almost everything hahaha. Finally the restart, where a big snowfall hit us. It was an amazing 3 days!

Mulanje, Malawi. I believe it is one of the places where tourists are a rarity. I had the pleasure of staying there, in the midst of beautiful tea plantations, you can see in the last picture, the best I have drunk to date! Death valley. Not a casual name. It is one of the driest and most inhospitable places on the planet. The second image shows the stovepipe wells check point, the entrance. In the last photo I am in Bad water, a flat depression 85 meters below sea level. At 11 in the morning it was already 44 degrees Celsius !! USA 2013

Good morning friends, today I will show you the most incredible restaurant I have been to: it is located in Santiago de Chile, in the Barrio Brasil neighborhood. There are dozens of rooms, all decorated with incredible details, as if you were in a submarine! In these photos I was in the radar room in the first photo and in the radio room in the other 2. both the radar and the radio were in perfect working order, with all the lights on. The grand bazaar of Shiraz, in Iran, absolutely reflects the city: magnificent, clean, colorful and fragrant with spices! The Pena Palace, in Sintra, near Lisbon, is a castle perched on a hill, and is one of the most beautiful castles / fortresses in all of Europe, as its architecture embraces many styles, from neo-Gothic to neo-Arab. Its bright colors and the many works carved on the facades making it unique!

PERU, 1996. My tour took me to the floating islands of the Uros people, in Puno, on Lake Titicaca. The islands are man-made, built with dozens of layers of totora, an aquatic plant, and can be moved around, which is why they are also called floating islands. More families live on every single island, and in addition to ongoing maintenance, the sale of souvenirs to tourists has become a source of livelihood.

3 magical moments of my trip to Ethiopia: the arrival at lake Giulietti, a salt lake where you float even when standing still, we pitched tents on the lake shore waiting for the sunset. Then the fantastic starry sky that could be seen that night with the naked eye and finally the arrival of dawn .. I am still excited to look at these images!

Amsterdam, Holland 2007! A multiethnic, teeming and open-minded city. Its architecture is unique, with its splendid navigable canals and its narrow and tall houses, and sometimes even crooked! The Beijing Winter Olympics closed today. I visited the Olympic citadel built for the 2008 Olympics, and I assure you it is beautiful. The photos are from my 2019 trip and show the famous "bird's nest" stadium outside and inside and the colorful is illuminated swimming pool!

Berchtesgaden, Germany. On the border with Austria, there are many salt mines in the mountains! I visited this one in August 2010 and it was a lot of fun: you put on a suit, go through the tunnels and finally you get to a wooden slide that takes us at full speed into the depths, where there is a walkway on a placid salt lake in which plays of light are projected!

Climb a volcano! It is a very hard experience, the solidified lava rolls under your feet with the effect that you take 3 steps forward and one step back😅. It took a long time to get inside the crater, and it was very cold !! The volcano is Pacaya, Guatemala, where I was in 1997
