Tonight I'm taking you to one of the most extravagant places I've ever been: Ciudad del est, Paraguay. Once you cross the Rio Parana ', the river that forms the border between Brazil and Paraguay, you begin to see the skyline of the city. Then you arrive in the city center, which is a total chaos, a huge and bustling border market, where you can find everything, a kind of market without laws! I had a lot of fun. I know I was here way back in November 1999

Yeah the border between Brazil and Paraguay is surreal!! jaja when you go to Iguazú Falls from there... it's weird with market and those big shops and people around changing money (currencies), a bit crazy area... so close to the wonderful nature, a strange contrast!
It is exactly as you say. I went there after the waterfall tour, I went from beautiful nature to urban chaos!
