In this article we will continue the second part of how to exercise in the comfort of our homes, with other very practical but effective exercise routines to improve and maintain our body.

JUMPING JACKS
Of all the exercises to do at home, the most recommended for its practicality, and in my opinion I could say that it is among the 3 ideal exercises to lose weight, it is the jumping jack, as it is the one that best adapts very, very well to all kinds of people.
It is a simple and easy exercise to do, and therefore a large number of people can include it in their routines.
The first thing you must do to perform this exercise is to stand up, with your feet together.
We will have to keep our torso upright and look straight ahead.
We will start by taking a small jump, and then open both legs at the same time.
At the same time we will have to raise our arms until we collide the palms of our hands.
Next, we will have to take another small jump, in this case, we will lower our arms and join our feet.
In short, this will be constantly performing said sequence of movement. We have to constantly alternate between both positions.
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
This type of exercise is ideal for muscle development. If what we really want is to increase our muscle tone in the abdomen, this is the exercise you were looking for, it also allows you to lose weight in the process.
The mountain climber is a practical and useful exercise that we can do in the comfort of our home.
To perform this exercise we must:
We will start the exercise, in a push-up position.
We put our hands on the ground.
You will have to flex the knee and the hip, until we bring the knee under the hip.
Then explosively, we must reverse the position of the legs. For this, we will extend the bent leg until it is straight.
We will support the toes, bringing the opposite leg towards the hip.
EL SWING DE KETTLEBELL
The kettlebell swing is considered one of the exercises that burns the most calories. Not only that, but also, it helps to activate our metabolism in a barbaric way, making it an exceptional exercise to get our bodies in shape and best of all from home and without having to use many devices.
Next we must do the following:
We will strongly hold a weight with both hands.
We must place our back straight, our torso firm and our gaze forward.
We will proceed to bend the knees and push the buttocks back. This will be the starting position.
We will throw with force, the weight between the legs, hitting a strong impulse with the hips and arms.
We will have to place the arms forward simultaneously. The idea is to take advantage of the inertia and force of the movement of the trunk to lift the weight.
When we reach the height of our torso, we will reverse the movement.
We must ensure that our movements are fluid and continuous. Also like exercises with dumbbells, if you do not have a weight or Russian weight, you can use packaged products that represent a considerable weight and that we can hold with our hands, as well as containers of water filled with the vital liquid or filled with sand. Not having a weight just like the one in the images is not an impediment to doing this exercise.
