How to start and complete the work successfully ??

When it comes to solving any problem or starting any work, we face various problems.

At first we think about what others will say if we do this, then we think we will start now or later.

By showing thousands of such excuses, the work is not done till the end. However, there is a solution to this, which, if followed, will go halfway through the work.

All it takes is a little hard work. And today we will talk about the extraordinary method that is beautifully stated in the 8th chapter of the book Eat That Frog.

Read this article now to know this outstanding method and apply it in your life.

Step-1. Be sure to choose the right environment before work.

Think you can ever think of reading a book while sitting on the playground ?? Can't, because that playground is just a play environment.

Also, you never think of sleeping in the dining room because the dining room is just for food. Likewise, all work has a specific environment. Take for example the environment for reading books

There will be a table and comfortable chair

There will be no such thing in the house as distracting.  Such as: - Television, mobile, computer etc. etc.   There will be only useful things like books, pencils, pens, clocks on the reading table.   In this way we will choose the environment for any work not just for reading. 

  Step-2.  Don't start any work leaving any wish unfulfilled.   We often leave one work unfinished and start another.  In that case, neither the previous work nor this work.  Until the end, it also remains incomplete.  If the previous work is not finished, forget about the previous work and don't think once, then the new work will end quickly.  That is, start working from stress free.

   Step-3.  Arrange all the useful things before starting work.   What we do is, when we sit down to read, we get up once to pick up a pen, another time to fetch water, another time to pick up a stapler.  So, before starting work, you need to make a list of things that you need to do.  There you have to keep one thing at hand and tick it.  If everything is arranged in this way, the attention will not be lost when it comes to work.

Step-4. Make your work place according to your choice.

I told you in the first step, do what you have to do. However, if you feel that writing on the veranda will be more effective than the table, then write on the veranda.

Sitting in your own comfort zone has a positive effect on the brain and the work ends quickly.

Step-5. Don't work too long.

Start working with a maximum of 1 hour deadline. It is better if you start with a 20 minute target. For example, I will read these 10 pages in the next 20 minutes.

In this way, if you set the target 3 times, it will be 1 hour. Setting a small target makes it easier to achieve.

OK, these 5 steps are to be done before starting work. When the work is started in the right way, it becomes easy to do the rest.
