These elements also reduces the risk of cancer , b.p and LDL cholesterol levels. It also normalize digestion time, support retinal health and vision , fight against harmful free- radicals , and boost immune system. Greens also contain vitamins like A and C which are the most important essential for strong immune system . Vitamin A,D,C,E and K can be found in kale and spinach. Green fruits and vegetables are also famous for being well stocked with antioxidants. Researches shows that eating greens everyday can help to produce immunity against viruses and bacteria's.
