Did we ever wonder what will happen in the future? Or do we come up with different questions in life while we are lying, while we are in the bus looking at the view or while at work doing nothing?
I was inside the bank when I was watching a video and I saw the question "what if" until I came up with this article and come up with multiple questions. Here it goes:
What if I woke up alone and nobody's home?
That question always scares me. What if I'm with my family before sleeping then suddenly when I woke up, I'm just alone and I don't know where to find them.
I will pray to God first. Then I will sleep again and if I woke up, I might see them again. Maybe I'm just dreaming or they were pranking me. I don't know what to do but I pray to God that it will not happen.
What if I woke up with no water?
There are times that I do woke up with no water for the reason that the water company is cleaning the tank, or maybe there is no electricity. Here in our area, if there is no electricity, there is also no water. We can live with no electricity but not without water. How can we drink? How can we take a bath? How can we wash the clothes and the dishes? How can we clean the house and the cars with no water?
Water is essential in everyday's life. Imagine if there is no water, we cannot live at all. We need water forever. Even animals, plants and our land needs water in order to live. We will all dry up. So let us save water.
What if my boyfriend and I broke up?
We've been in a relationship for 8 years and still growing. I can"t imagine if we broke up. We don't have a perfect relationship but what we have right now is enough. I don't think I can find a person who can stay no matter how I pushed him back. I cannot find anyone as tough as him knowing my parents don't like him.
He is the person next to my mom whom I can say all my problems, all my worries and all my insecurities in life. i don't think I can find another one better than him. We will still fight, we will still argue but in the end we will still love and reconcile.
What if I woke up with lots of money?
I will buy all the needs at home, save a lot of money and give others. I will buy investments and life insurance for the future. I mentioned this from my article "If I won the lottery"
What if the account in the company I am working closed?
This may sound negative but since most of us in the account were already redundiated or ended their contract with pay, its not possible that we will be the next since only the 13 of us were left out of 65 employees. It happened September last year when they started to pull out employees. It was unannounced so everyone were surprised. Nothing happened next month and the succeeding months. Until January 2021, they started to pull out agents again and the last was February where almost everyone in the account left Now we're only 13 and still work-from-home but we don't know until when we are going to stay.
If that happens next month or whatever month, I don't know how to apply for another job again. It seems like starting all over again. It's been 8 years when I last applied so if ever that happens, I need to review again for the possible questions during interviews. I will feel again the nervous and fright during application.
What if I got another baby?
Having a child is a blessing. Every couple wants to have a baby. Some couple were not blessed to have a baby and they do adoption. Some rich people undergo science to have a baby. While others who have unexpected birth went into abortion while some sell their babies and the worst is that some just leave their babies anywhere. I don't know how mothers take it.
For me, if I have another baby, I will cherish it and give all the love to all my kids. Though, Nathan is enough since I undergo caeserean delivery and also because of my age but if given another blessing, we would accept it whole-heartedly and thank God for it.
What if the world found out that we can live in Mars?
If its proven safe to live in Mars, I will let others live there first. I love the Earth and as long as we can stay here, we should stay and for some people who wants to live in Mars, let them be because they will serve as our reporter with what is happening out there.
What if I found out that I am adopted?
I'm old enough so what I will do is to continue with what I have. I will find out and do some research on my real parents and our family background if they are still alive or not. I will still stay with the family I have as long as they want me to stay. Continue wih my life since the family I used to have loved me like their real daughter.
What if I found a lamp and a genie comes out with 3 wishes?
First: I will wish for the Covid to disappear. It simply means that there will be no more virus, it will not spread anymore. All will go back to normal. Companies will open which means more employment, children can go out and play, schools will be open and there will be face to face classes again. Business will go back to normal. We can travel within and outside the country.
Second: To heal the Earth. Heal the world. Let it go back to the time with no pollution so that more generations can live on earth. Where the ozone layer will go back to its original layer.
Third: To heal all those with severe conditions. Those who were given years or months to live especially kids. That they may have more years to live in this world.
We all have our "what if's" in life. I cannot enumerate it for now. Some are realistic while some are futuristic and some are impossible to happen. But like what I've said, what if?
