Materials:
3 eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of condensed milk
Mango essence 1/2 teaspoon
1/2 cup of mango juice.
Method:
Mix sugar and milk with eggs and beat well. Stir in the vanilla essence and strain it through a sieve. Now mix mango juice. Add water and sugar to make caramel over medium heat. When it turns dark brown, pour it into the pot in which you will make the pudding.
Shake the pot before it cools. Now pour the pudding mixture. Place the bowl with the pudding mixture in the pot, take water in such a way that half of the bowl is submerged. Cover the bowl with pudding bowl water. Cover the pot by increasing the heat of the stove a little more than medium.
When the water is low, add water. After 25 to 30 minutes, open the lid and check with a toothpick to see if the pudding is done. If the toothpick doesn't stick to anything, it's pudding. Turn the bowl upside down and pour the pudding on the plate. Cut into pieces and serve.
