The Rulles of uses?
First remove the cap and shake the inhaler vigorously before each.
2nd holding the inhaler well away from your mouth breath out gently(but not fully).
3rd place the mouthpiece in your mouth and close your lips around it
4'th after starting breathe in slowly and deeply through your mouth press the mental canister firmly to release the powder, and continue to breathe in.
5'th remove the inhaler from your mount and hold your breath for 10 second or as long as your comfortable,then breathe out slowly.
6'th if you take a second inhaler you should wait for at least one minute before eating steps 2,3 and 4 after replace the cap on the mouthpiece.
