Dona is very tired because she did overtime in the office today and it almost 11: 30 pm. All employees gone earlier. Dona was an orphan and she has none to wait for her at home. She is also divorced and also two month pregnant. Her husband left her for other woman.
Anyways Dona's pregnancy was unwanted but she is good and didn't abort the baby in her womb even her husband did bad to her. Life is very tough now for Dona.
At 11:45 pm she left her office and waiting for a taxi. This is really very hard to get a taxi after 9 pm for corona pandemic all goes to home and shut doors. Dona was sweating, standing for 10 minutes and she was very tired, beside this she was a pregnant lady. Finally a Taxi came and she sat inside it. The taxi driver was friendly and talkative. Dona also talked to him. Everyday after doing overtime she get the same yellow taxi, same driver and she easily noted the number of it. The taxi number was 3531. Taxi driver name was Mannu. Everyday Mannu pick Dona from her office, Dona was very surprised that she never missed the taxi even she become late from office.
One day Dona had no money for taxi rent and it was six months of her pregnancy. She decide to stay at office. It was 2 am at night when Dona decide to take a break and went to the office balcony and she saw the yellow taxi was standing there and she was surprised that why the taxi standing there. She got into the lift and went to the ground floor, she walked to the taxi and said Mannu to leave because she will stay at office. Mannu understand that Dona has money problem so he requested her to go home on her taxi. But Dona got angry and told Mannu to leave.
Next day Dona had money so she again wait for the taxi and as always the taxi came and picked her. Dona said sorry to Mannu and consider him as her brother. Mannu also loves her as a sister. They were like siblings.
This the ninth month of Dona's pregnancy and she didn't took any leave from her office as she earn her own livelihood. One day when she was returning home she had labor pain and Mannu came there and helped her reaching hospital.
After given birth of a baby boy she asked for the hospital bill but it was paid by someone. Dona understand that Mannu did that. After discharging she spend a month at home to take care of her baby, she get leave from office. She missed her brother Mannu a lot as he helped her in her bad time.
So one day Dona went to the taxi driver's zone where there was many taxis and she asked the honor about Mannu. The owner was shocked after heard about the taxy number and it was 3531, which drive by Mannu, the owner was shocked because two years ago he died in a road accident and he was a very helpful taxi driver according to the owner of taxy. After the death of Mannu, Mannu's pregnant wife also died with her baby in her womb.
Dona was crying and she understand that Mannu was an angel from Almighty who sent for helping her on her hard days. She thank Almighty and met Mannu's parents and took their responsibility like their daughter and Dona get a family with parents.
