Few years ago when I attended a large meeting conference of local freelancers and motivators, I found a person who delivered awesome speech. Mostly when people speech I feel bore to hear that but the person was in fire. He let me know the story of a boy who became millionaire by doing a single task online. I will talk about it more but before that I'll talk about the speaker who grabbed the attention of all the people attending the largest conference on the center of city.

Its nothing to be wonder because this kind of success stories can be found rarely but surely. But at that time I was wondering and the man was grabbed the attention of his listeners as he delivered many wise freelancing tricks and motivations as well. He was not a motivational speaker by profession but he was pro level speaker who knows grabbing attention of his listeners. He added little humor on his speech that people find it more interesting.

He let us know the story of a graphic designer who was just a beginner and doesn’t learn all kind of design. He just pay attention to clipping path and this way he removes background. He belongs to my country so I can call him local freelancer. He start working on just clipping path and start working on marketplace just selling the service of background remove. At that time it had high demand in foreign countries so he start getting work from foreign clients and you know what? He became top rated seller in freelancer marketplace just doing a single task. Isn't it sounds awesome?

And he was unstoppable. He keep serving his good job and earn money. United States Dollar was 80x greater than our currency Bangladeshi taka at that time. So a dollar was equal to 80 BDT so it was easy for him to become a Millionaire in our local currency and he made more money later even more than million for sure. But his starting was with a single quality and it was clipping path which is also included in graphic design course. He found it interesting and he start practicing a lot so he became perfect on it.

That day I learn where we are doing the wrong. We try to learn everything for example in graphic design I tried to learn all the sectors of graphic design like retouching, t-shirt design, color changing, clipping path, business card design, flyer design, menu card design, illustration work, pattern design and so on and on. As a result I couldn’t become perfect on a single quality and remain a amateur in every skill. At that day the speech of that speaker motivate me a lot but unfortunately I found no single task which I could do with passion in design sector.

That speaker delivered a very motivational and unforgettable speech in that conference and many freelancers may get motivation and inspiration to work after listening his firing performance as motivational speaker. Anyway the reason behind this blog was that, a single skill can be enough for us if we give our full dedication and efforts even it can make us Millionaire too. Just we should keep doing the task with passion. Something fruitful will surely happen!
