Ask him, "Why"?
Ask him, "Did I do something"?
Ask him, "Am I still not enough"?
Ask him, "Am I not worthy of your love?"
Sometimes it's not your fault don't take the blame for something you didn't do.
But because you love someone, you will be blind and will take all the blame. 😪
You're right it's not that easy but it's what's best for your mental health, you're not the bad person, they decided to be unfaithful not you.
But sometimes, I tend to think that maybe I have done something wrong.
Then maybe, I will cry until all my tears get dry.
Ask the reason for cheating.
If they give you their the reason it doesn't change the fact that they decided to be unfaithful without actually communicating what their reasons behind them wanting to cheat was.
I get your point. But for me, telling the reason would I believe give me a lesson for the future.

Same experience, 4years but it is the first time so I forgive her. But nothing is easy, think first.

Just a small problem, she have a crush on others I mean not only crush but they chatting , i forgive her because she admit that she was wrong . But I remember that when we was 17 years old, you know puppy love we are together at the age of 13½
She was sorry and knew she was wrong and you chose to forgive her, the both of you are happy together that's what matters most.
I'll break up with him. Being together for four years isn't a joke and yet he cheated. If I will go asked his reasons, it doesn't change the fact that he cheated and I was hurt.
Exactly! 4yrs is no joke, I don't think I can forgive either.
That's right! Whatever his reasons are, the fact that he cheated? It's unfair and unforgivable.
Move on. For me, cheating is something I cannot forget and will make it hard for me to forgive the person. Everytime a man is asking if it's okay to court me, I always end up asking "how many times have you cheated on your past relationships?". And I always tell them how I don't tolerate cheating. If someone does it me, no more questions, no explanation needed, I'll go. I'll walk away from them, because that is not what I deserve.
We all deserve someone that would stay faithful and loyal, once they decide to cheat they no longer value you and that relationship, it's best to let it go and find someone that would not hurt you like that.
