Should people take more responsibility for community or national issues?"

A nation is truly built when its people are united. We cannot expect for a strong nation without being together and helping each other. So it is not only the government behind the prosperity of a nation but the whole nation itself. And therefore not only the government is responsible for solving problems that affect their communities but the whole nation.

When responsibilities are put on a single person's shoulders it becomes very hard to carry them out. Being a part of our nation we all are responsible. And certainly to subside the burdens it is wise to do that. We cannot always expect our government to do their best and make our lives better. Most of the time the government needs our cooperation and support. Take an example of the Covid-19 pandemic. Since the outbreak of the pandemic our government is doing their best to have a controlled over its spread. But unfortunately it is our irresponsibility that the COVID-19 is spreading tremendously. But if we follow the SOPs we accompany our government in fighting against the problems and it becomes much easier to do so.

Thinking in our own position for the betterment of our nation is equal important. We cannot always rely upon the government to plan for us a better life and to workout solutions. Each and every one of us has to take a stand. There may be times when the government goes through hardships and fails in its plantings. At those times it is we who can raise their voice, ask questions and share our ideas. In this way we are helping the government to make better decisions.

On the contrary when every problem is put before the government it gives rise to conflicts. The nation strikes against the government when it fails to stand by their expectations. They no longer realize their own positions and there is disunity among people. Ultimately the nation is drown towards destruction.

At last to sum up everything I would say we are strong together and progress together when we listen to each other and negotiate together.
