I have come to realise that, when you you place value on yourself then you will be valuable...some persons what's to be respected but still they disrespect themselves at every slight instance due to their illegal way of living, leaving an indecent life but yet they want to be valuable...

The truth is it doesn't work that way,no one has the right to did respect you until you give them the right to do so hence give yourself some respect and leave a responsible life...
