Kinilaw is a tasty fish dish presented everywhere throughout the Philippines. It comprises of cuts of crude fish marinated in vinegar alongside different fixings like calamansi juice, salt, pepper, and stew peppers. The name kinilaw actually signifies "eaten crude". Fundamentally the same as ceviche, the primary distinction is that Kinilaw depends on vinegar as opposed to lime juice to "cook" the fish.
Filipino food can be really substantial so in case you're feeling like you need a solid other option, kinilaw makes an incredible starter or light lunch.
