Hello all friend. Hope are you well. I am fine too

Everyone is friends with each other on Facebook. You can share your thoughts with other friends by posting them on Facebook. If you like those posts on Facebook, you can like them, if you have any comments, you can comment, if you like the posts, you can share them and show them to other friends. Groups can be created on Facebook. Social media Facebook has made communication much easier. Currently, there are about 120 crore active users of Facebook.

Many users of Facebook, the world's second largest site, are addicted to Facebook. They spend most of their day on Facebook.

Many post status before going to sleep and then wake up and give new status.

But there are some good aspects to this Facebooking as well as some negative aspects.

These negative aspects have come up in the research of a top university in the United States.

The study found that Facebooking should be abandoned for its negative aspects.

The downsides of Facebooking are:

There is not much ‘personal’

Everyone has their own issues that no one else wants to share. But because of Facebooking, you are reporting them even if you don't want to. It is unknowingly in your mind. It is better to leave Facebook to keep 'private' things private.

Family supervision

Having fun with friends, hanging out or cheating at work or studying. But your Facebook status, the picture will catch you. Parents, siblings, grandparents, uncles and aunts are watching your every move, whether you are doing it or not.

Publish offensive pictures

You don't want to share any pictures of your childhood, any intimate moments with anyone. But someone from your family or a close friend uploaded that picture on Facebook. After the publication of the picture, many people get ink on their faces due to comments and likes. You can get rid of this unnecessary pain by giving up Facebooking.

Gives birth to frustration

A study by the Department of Behavioral Sciences at Utah University found that finding success or good news for others on Facebook can lead to frustration in one's life. Many people lose the mental strength to take life positively.

However, the hope is that there is good results in the use of everything, as well as in Facebooking.
